A full body massage with Ayurvedic herbal powder, would make a detoxifying, energising effect while helping the digestive strength. Can be helpful in cellulitis, obesity etc

NASYA

A therapeutic usage of herbal oils through nostrils to detox and maintain the health of the nasal tract. Can be used for diseases like sinusitis to psychological diseases. It is one of the Panchakarma treatment.

NJAVARA KIZHI

Linen bags filled with boiled Njavara rice are used during the Treatment, continuously dipped in a mixture of herbs and milk on the body. Recommended for muscle and joint problems.

KATEE VASTI

Helps alleviate lower back pain. A small dam is made on the lower back . Filled with warm oil.
