Manu Manikantan(B.A.M.S), Federal Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine was born in Kerala, India. During his childhood, he showed great interest in Vastu (Indian holistic Architecture). Later he developed more interest in Vedic literature as well as Ayurveda.

He completed Ayurvedic Studies in Government Ayurveda College, Kannur , Kerala ,India in 2004. The bachelor studies (B.A.M.S) consist of four and half years of full schooling and 1 year internship.

The main subjects were Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Yoga, Ayurvedic as well as modern physiology anatomy, pathology, Marma, Panchakarma, Ayurvedic Psychology, Diet etc. Practical experience in various fields of Ayurveda in universities, hospitals and rural health services. During the studies he visited and worked with some eminent Ayurvedic doctors and Vaidyas (traditional Ayurvedic practitioners) in Kerala. After studies, he has experience with Major ayurveda centres in India, such as Pankajakasthuri Herbals, Somatheeram, Thrikarippur Ayurveda Nursing Home.

From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Manikantan made regular visits to Switzerland. Since 2011 he has worked with various Ayurvedic clinic, wellness centres here. Since 2012 he has Ayurveda clinic Manu’s Ayurveda in Bern. He gives courses and seminars on Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurvedic cooking…
